Hahaha luckily my gyms 24/7 so I will be.
It was pretty packed this morning and it was a public holiday.. everyone trying to work extra calories off for chocolate
 
I had 3 double coat TimTams gotta do an hour on the stair master for being a fatty 😂
Any choccy had between today and Monday dont count towards the caloric intake
 
As people post gear reviews I posted my own experience in regards to the customer service aspect of the business
You had your say brother, since your not happy with this Vendor. There a few others you could try. Though, I wouldn't expect much communication over the Easter Holiday.

@lordfarquaad42 brother take it to private messages, @ODINLABS will look after you - if it helps you feel better brother, postage won't be moving over the public holiday period, so it's not going to affect the time it takes for your mate to receive his parcel.

As labs, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes - and unless you have personal experience running a UGL or being a part of the operation of one, it can be a very stressful job.

On top of the risks we take as vendors it can be hard to get through messages, sometimes even hours just to get a message sent out to everyone who has reached out - on a public holiday demanding an immediate response is not very fair on @ODINLABS.

Sounds like you guys have done business before, and I'm sure like others before you, you have been happy on the other occasions.

I'm sure @ODINLABS will be happy to support you and moving forward you guys can have a happy and prosperous business relationship.

Heard lots of good things about @ODINLABS and is very well regarded by the EVO family.

Let's keep it respectful and to the topic of the thread - such issues can be easily handled via private messages - we don't always see eye to eye with everyone we deal with, and that goes for any relationship not just business ones, but moving forward - I'm sure you will be well looked after by @ODINLABS

@lordfarquaad42 try to keep in mind everything said brother, before jumping on to a vendors thread and having a dig at them publicly - you should give them at least 24 - 48 hours to reply because as stated previously our jobs can be difficult - sometimes a little patience goes a long way, and when we are late to reply and get around to it, are very apologetic and happy to help.

You will be surprised by how well trusted vendors like @ODINLABS will treat you, if given a little time to reply because as vendors sometimes we just need a little patience and understanding, and it goes a LONG way 🙂

First interaction with odin was quite unpleasant. Sounds like he's got a good lab going on from reviews. Was trying to sort out a small order for a friend and seems like I've caught him at the wrong time.
This is the sort of thing suppliers deal with….probably a saving grace that this is all done online …… because irl you’d get slapped.
