USE AN ELECTRONIC PIPETTE GUN AND STERILE PIPETTES TO FILL VIALS BROTHER.
It's the black marker on these now days plastic syringes, starts to come off, as I said quality of even medical syringes is not like use too be in aus.
We've switched too glass syringes.. as we stated.. it can happen when your pumping out vials dude.. but now with glass, syringes issue is completely solved.
The plastic syringes dont hold up like they use too, likely now all Chinese shit in aus now.
It happened to couple deca vials as we stated, but caught them but when labelling boxing when your pumping them out it wears off and we caught few at the last end with a couple aswell, as we told you.
Had too crack open and refilter, few of them aswell.
You got caught out Unfortunately with one vial primo.
Apologies but as I said it's probably still fine to inject but of course a sent fresh vial, No issue as it's not good enough for our reputation and lab rep, we would replace anything that's a miss - not good enough for us, and it can happen.
But i will state - I've literally plugged whole chunks rubber from seal into myself as 19gauge cuts plugs terribly from preloadeds and probably have hundreds chunks in my glutes, ass, shoulders lats over the years and never a issue.
We've replaced your vial and it was only one out of your order, apologies bud and we've been fully transparent about it, as you spoke with threema rep.
Shit happens with UGL, we run auto electric vacuum pumps on top of a 4L top hold chamber too 10L catch thats runs 0.45um, then a sister open air breather valve that vacuums pumps from there and run too another 4L hold chamber that then runs through another 0.22um filter into a another 10L catch chamber.
And we have a couple these as filtering and messing with quiete a few compounds.
Unfortunately end of the day, after all this this is done, vials still have to be hand filled Manually.
We've switched too glass syringes for filling issues now rectified completel
anyone in the know, knows this is the norm (and actually quiete over kill on our part or filtration, but we have the systems and use them.
Anyone who says they have automation self filling machines that have recirculating autoclave tube self chemical tube cleaning filters that pumps that also clean lines & tube runs systems etc is full of shit. They cost 500k plus. Or more.
I apologised and re-placed that one vial brother.
And sorted the issue in full and thank you for bringing it up, as we are busy things go a miss. But have rectified.
Assure there's no sterility issue we do everything properly.
Any lab could chime in this is how's its done properly. But still everyone Manually has to still fill vials after filtration (but now using glass syringes for filling weve kinked out the issue to not happen again as we did notice it and thougg we caught all vials it happened too).
Every day is a new learning kerve and mistakes can always happen, just another kink we've ironed out.
Thank bro @Limbu for bringing it up aswell, as for any other lab, careful of some of the new Chinese medical supplies that are now Australia's norm.
Much Love
KAOS
Just an update of the situation I was honestly shocked to see a direct message from KAOS this morning regarding my previous comment, where my review was "dramatized and dogs**," also that I added a "cu** comment." I was also then called rudeJust wanted to share my recent experience with Kaos, initially placed an order of some primobolan, communication was super good and Kaos even threw in a bit of discount. When the vials arrived however, one vial was fine but the other vial was filled to the brim but had ‘floaters’ in the vial which moved around when I shook the vial. Contacted Kaos to which they immediately apologised and said it was from the plastic writing on syringes that ‘wore off’ in the process or something. They immediately sent a replacement which I received yesterday and this one seemed fine. It did seem like he was right but I’m not entirely sure. Communication was overall good but just a little bit skeptical of the sterility of the brewing process now but then again Kaos could be right about the floaters or it could be something completely different.![]()
Just an update of the situation I was honestly shocked to see a direct message from KAOS this morning regarding my previous comment, where my review was "dramatized and dogs**," also that I added a "cu** comment." I was also then called rude. Now, after further talking with KAOS, apparently it was from a 'simple' misread where he mistook me saying that "the vial was full to the brim with floaters," when I really said "the vial was filled to the brim BUT had floaters," as apparently English is his second language. Now I understand how that line could have been mistaken, but a simple less aggressive and more polite message from KAOS would have been better. Take this for what you want; I'm posting this update for the sake of transparency, (can link screenshots of messages aswell) correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no way any vendor should be responding to any 'not good' reviews by personally dming and call there review "dogs**."
Also, after reading your comment on here, if deca vials previously had the same issue, why weren't further precautions taken? Even though the floaters I had were small, I easily saw them as soon as I looked at the vial. There's also no way there was only ONE vial of primo that had this and that I was just unlucky. Regardless of how 'harmless' it is or how much rubber you have personally put into yourself, it should not be in the oil at the end of the day and should not be pinned.

Not really bro...There is alot to unpack from this comment, im just gonna leave it as that
Yeah my bad, i just took the time to read through all the comments again, and understand it a whole lot betterNot really bro...
@KAOS Anabolics abused a customer for publicly bringing to light a small issue that was rectified.
The issue however has brought alot more into question and created chatter.
Miscommunication seems to be regular occurrence here..
End of the day we have plenty of awesome vendors and you are not obligated to use a service if you don't want to![]()
Definitely alot to read but big respect to the transparency of @Limbu to post it up publicly.Yeah my bad, i just took the time to read through all the comments again, and understand it a whole lot better
Definitely not, if I saw black bits in my vials I'd be worried too, I ain't ever brewed myself so I wouldn't know if it's easy to happen or not ideal like to inform the public and the vendor, but ill stay off this now anywayDefinitely alot to read but big respect to the transparency of @Limbu to post it up publicly.
It's always good practice for the good and the bad to be provided in my opinion. I don't believe he bashed on the vendor at all in his original post.
Miscommunication obviously set off the DM but that's not my business
Where was the abuse? he sent a half snap shot after my rep had enough of his windging after being fully educated and apologies too.Not really bro...

Had his vial replaced, then afterwards wanted a refund for whole order.refunding him and moving on would have been the more publicly accepted approach.
Then after being compensated, he even stated he wanted full money back for that whole and whole order replaced, free after wed replaced the vial for free (which as he stated no issue) it was one out of his whole order.
The amount you have posted in here im not to sure now mate. Starting to look like a pile on, from Odin and LGL loggers, where was this msg when Odin told old mate to f off over Easter?@KAOS Anabolics abused a customer for publicly bringing to light a small issue that was rectified.
You get it brother..I think as a consumer bro we are putting alot of faith in the vendors.
We dont know if this guy has shot dirty gear in the past and is overly cautious but floaters in a vial is floaters in a vial at the end of the day.
I personally wouldn't shoot gear that had floaters.
He would also be trusting that it is in fact 110% the syringe writing and nothing else sinister.
I dont think @TeeGee was trying to smear you at all mate, i just think he was trying to point out that the customer wasn't happy and that maybe it could have been handled a bit better and professional.
Dont take this message as a shot bro - we need quality trusted vendors on EVO and im sure you are just that but probably saying your peace, refunding him and moving on would have been the more publicly accepted approach.
Have a great day bro
hye mate super late to the party on this one but if im reading it correctly this was primo? then the rectified order was another primo that was sent out? only asking as I know vendors atm are having a super hard getting raws for Primo as im sure you know,Just wanted to share my recent experience with Kaos, initially placed an order of some primobolan, communication was super good and Kaos even threw in a bit of discount. Show me exactly what I've posted that smears this lab dude ?Had his vial replaced, then afterwards wanted a refund for whole order.
The amount you have posted in here im not to sure now mate. Starting to look like a pile on, from Odin and LGL loggers, where was this msg when Odin told old mate to f off over Easter?
Is this the interlab politics i was warned about?
Are you implying a pile on from me?Had his vial replaced, then afterwards wanted a refund for whole order.

I also put kaos first or 2nd logger onto him..Are you implying a pile on from me?
When have I abused or discredited Kaos? I push loggers his way!
I was simply stating that maybe it should have been handled differently in the public's eye.
Big difference to Odin not responding over a public holiday for 2 bottles of gear compared to a vial with bits in it mate.
Again, I'm not attacking Kaos at all, I want to see him succeed and be another quality vendor that the Evo community has.
Regarding the whole order refunded, it should only be refunded if the OP sends proof of destroying the gear if he's asking for a refund because he's worried to use it and wants to purchase elsewhere.
You don't get a full refund and still get to use the gear.
Same bro.. no malice intended on my part and I thought whoever has commented has been pretty helpful.I also put kaos first or 2nd logger onto him..
Ill dip out of this thread now to avoid upsetting people.
Kaos can contact me via dms, threema or telegram if he feels we need to clear the air as we have had plenty of discussions in the past
Not @TeeGee he knows we deal honestly, as referring he's dealt with us plenty in the past.I think as a consumer bro we are putting alot of faith in the vendors.
