Alright, clearly this has now gone out of proportion where
@KAOS Anabolics is saying I asked for a full refund on the order. This is a complete lie and secondly, I already was happy with the situation being rectified as mentioned in my first review. The problem I have is where I was personally messaged by your ‘rep’ who just abused my review. I was only upset with that bit and wanted an apology and the rep themselves said that they were mistaken and assumed that I had said something else in the review.
To be honest, seeing how you replied on here making false comments about what I said, saying that I ‘demanded a full refund’ and calling me a ‘Karen’ just shows your immaturity frankly. Also, for everyone, here is the rest of the screenshots of my conversation with the threema rep

Kaos Brother, all I did was post my experience, I even complimented your good communication and rectification of the situation in my first initial reviews. Just upset with this situation where your rep felt the need to personally dm and attack me. Don’t think there’s was a need for you to make up false stories about what I said or not, but not to worry, here are all the messages anyway.
