Ok guys, the time is finally here to start my 20 week run! It has been quite difficult to wait and not start early but the day is near. I will be starting this cycle on Monday Feb. 15th. My son's birthday is this weekend and we are very busy at home getting ready. We have family coming in from the states and other places. I knew I wouldn't have time to train this weekend which is why I am starting on Monday. I also wanted to start this thread today to give everyone that wants to follow a chance to get in before I start. Here we go...

The Cycle:

1-20 Test C 500mg (Nordic Fusion)
1-20 EQ 300mg (Nordic Fusion)
1-20 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD (Nordic Fusion)
1-12 Cardarine 20mg per day (SARMS1)
1-6 Tbol 40mg (Nordic Fusion)
1-6 N2Guard 7 caps per day (N2BM)
14-20 Cardarine (SARMS1)
14-20 Anavar 40mg (Nordic Fusion)
14-20 N2Guard 7 caps per day (N2BM)

Perfect PCT:
20-22 HCGenerate ES 5 caps per day (N2BM)
20-28 Cardarine 20mg (SARMS1)
23-28 Clomid – 50/50/25/25/12.5 (Nordic Fusion)
23-28 Nolvadex – 40/20/20/20/10 (Nordic Fusion)
23-27 Aromasin – 7.5mgs EOD (Nordic Fusion)
23-27 Ostarine (25/25/25/12.5 (SARMS1)
23-28 N2Guard – 7 caps per day (N2BM)

*I must note that Nordic Fusion has been a pleasure to deal with. Their communication, packaging, shipping, everything has been the best I have ever dealt with. True professionals. I am looking forward to logging about the quality of the gear!


Training:

I decided to hire Muskate as my coach and trainer since he is so knowledgeable in this area. He has designed a personal training and diet plan for me. It will consist of the following training techniques:
Y3T Training
FST-7 Training
German Volume Training
HIT
DTP Extreme

I will be training 5-6 days per week and performing cardio after EVERY workout. There are technically 2 off days...one will be abs and cardio, the other will be a true off day. I have also learned when my body needs a day off and will take on if necessary.

Diet:

My diet will be very simple. I will be consuming around 2500 calories per day as a starting point. The goal here is to gain slowly and not put on any extra body fat. I will be including the following foods:

Protein - chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, whole eggs and egg whites, coffee espresso Isolation whey (N2BM)
Carbs - oatmeal, rice, sweet potato, occasional others
Fats - naturally occurring fats through my food plus fish oil caps
Fruits - apples, assorted berries, grapes, occasional others
Veggies - broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, kale, assorted lettuce, occasional others

Current Stats and Goals:

180lbs
14% BF
5’7

Ultimate goal is to get to 200lbs and 12% BF. I know this will not be achieved on this cycle but that is where I am headed. I am hoping to maybe add 10lbs of lean muscle and drop a percent or two on this run. I will be busting my ass and Muskate will be holding me accountable!...along with the rest of my EVO family!!!

I am really excited for this. I will be following along buddy.

The workout program I have you on is no cake walk. Add in some Nordic Fusion supplements and this should be a really good cycle for you.

Post up a sample 'day in the life' of your diet and I'll give you my comments/suggestions.
 
Looking forward to this as well. Im glad your expectations are realistic. 10lb gain over 20 weeks is attainable for sure. If you eat large maybe more. Guess we will find out!
 
The cycle is very complete, and it seems to be ideal for safe and clean gains, so I am sure that you will be able to achieve your goals. And with such a PCT you will surely keep a lot of the gains. Will definitely follow your log, which is really nice.
 
Thanks for the support guys! I am super excited to get started. As Muskate requested, I will post up a "day in the life of..." some time next week. I will update as much as I can on my progress.
 
Just a heads up that I completely forgot it is a holiday here on Monday..."Family Day". In Canada we create holidays to line up with US holidays. Works for me! I will either be starting my cycle Sunday if I have time or Tuesday if it gets too busy. I have also been hitting the weights and cardio extra hard in anticipation of what Muskate's program is going to do to me! Have a good weekend my EVO family.

First update guys. Pinned this morning 250mg test c and 150mg EQ. Oil was smooth as can be. I warmed it in a cup while I had my shower. Injection was horrid for some reason. No pain but I was very shaky. Must be either excitement of getting started or my morning coffee. I had 2 cups instead of the usual 1. There is something nasty about watching the needle go in and out like a doctor performing liposuction! Anyways, I took my 40mg tbol, had my breakfast, and headed to the gym. Glad it is leg day so hopefully I can prevent pip from the injection. Crushed legs and about to get a meal in. Cheers guys!
 
In my experience PIP is mainly caused by not good gear. I have tried three different types of prescription test and I get zero PIP ever. When I use UG stuff I get pip. Same injection technique and same location so this leads me to believe it is the gear that causes pip. Anyways hope everything goes well and you kill this cycle.

Since I started using mission test c , I had 0 pip in 8 injection !! My last cycle I was sore and pip from injection EVERY single time for the 12 week !!

You should get sick result if you have EQ more then me , that will be interesting :)
 
So, I ended up with a small bit of PIP but nothing like I was expecting. Basically felt like a small bruise. I have all boys at home so I always have the kind of things anyways! I am just a few days in and obviously not a whole lot to report on the test yet. As for the tbol though...after my dose this morning It really started to kick in. I feel absolutely amazing. Kind of similar to that feeling you get off a good dbol. I am really looking forward to getting in the gym today. It may still be early for the strength increase but just feeling so good will help my training I am thinking. We all know what it is like to get to the gym and be so ready to kill it. Diet has been locked in except for having to go out for dinner with my boss on Tuesday. I was good though...salmon, veggies, and a baked potato. He sucked back two pints and I was just happy to drink my water with lemon. It really is amazing how different of a lifestyle some people live. If you are thinking about trying tbol I can say 100% that Nordic Fusion has amazing quality. I will update tomorrow after injecting and probably Monday after a weigh in. Cheers everyone!
 
Second pin yesterday and it was much smoother than the first. No pip at all today. Pumps have been great in the gym assuming the tbol is helping with that. I also have that nice "on" feeling now. Nothing wrong with the nice little buzz I have! Diet has been locked in too and I'm able to get all my meals down. The first couple days I was forcing a little to get them in. Muskate's training program has been awesome. It is really working me hard. I am going to hit shoulders today and do a cardio/rest day tomorrow. I can feel that I need a good rest soon. I will weigh in on Monday and update after that. Have a great rest of the weekend everyone!
 
3rd pin today and a week into the cycle. Having nice pumps from the tbol. Up 3lbs to 183 this morning. That's a little more than I expected. It may be a slight increase in calories and adjusting to that. I will see how this week goes and cut carbs back a little if need be. Feeling really good and can't wait for this test to kick in a few weeks from now!
