Olympic lifting cycle advice.

Hi everyone

I am doing olympic lifting and want to do a cycle.
I have done stupid oral only cycles before and a test oral cycle before but thats 2_years ago.
The goal is to get stronger and pick up some weight but i want to lean out as well.
My stats are:
178cm
84kg
Body fat 9%
I have test cyp and EQ and would like to use it.

Test Cyp 500-600mg/week for 14 weeks
EQ 600-800mg/week for 14 weeks

You can add tbol for the first 4 weeks, at about 40-50mg/ed

Also dont forget aromasin and PCT
 
what do you mean olympic lifting? are you in a weight class?

if so you don't wnat to run test very high. EQ is a great because it slowly aromatizes and is mild so it won't push you out of your weight class
 
I like the cycle lay out @jay scott gave you but I personally think those dosages are a lot higher then needed. If you haven't used test in 2 years, you will grow like a weed off very minimal drugs. It's always best to grow on the least amount of drugs possible so you can get more aggressive with cycles later on.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 12
testosterone 500mg/week
EQ 300mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day

Yes it means i mainly work on my snatch and clean and jerk. Squat a lot and deadlift a lot.
Weight gain is not a problem at the moment. I want to get my strenght up and lift as much weight as possible.
Also dont want to gain water so lean weight gain.

if trying to stay within a certain weight class, what dosage of test should he go with?

you don't want to use anything that aromatizes at all unless you are at the very low end of your weight class.

I will say that anavar or tbol are fantastic options for someone in that situation. they boost strength while not adding very much weight at all

if you are going to gain strength, you need to leave yourself room to gain body mass too.

there is a reason powerlifting has weight classes.

I would say if you want to gain strength it is simple. hop on Tren + var/tbol cycle. nothing builds strength like tren, NOTHING
 
Note: This is more of an advanced stack If you are looking for powerful POWERFUL strength gains do a low dose test around 250mg a week, tren acetate around 400mg, and Halotestion at about 30mg on training days. Only run Halo for a max of 4 weeks as it is very liver toxic aswell. It will fit in well seeing as it adds no weight on the scale and will nake you very hard and dry. The Tren is good for obvious reasons.
Load up on N2guard and all your protection with this cycle as it can cause your body some serious grief.

Tren is the compound that comes to mind for me. It will give you ridiculous strength gains and will not bloat you. I would add EQ to this as well. It will be good for endurance and also dilute the tren in the syringe to prevent the nasty tren cough.

This definitely looks like a good plan for the achievement of your goals. Just make sure to be using an AI from the first day of the cycle. The best choice would be aromasin at 10 mgs EOD. When using an oral, make sure to use a very good liver supporting supplement, such as N2Guard, since it is the most complete supplement on the market these days.

Add aromasin at 10mg/eod and you are good to go!
 
if you are afraid of tren your best not using it

it is something special that should be used only when you are ready to take full advantage.

This looks like a really good cycle lay out. You are missing 2 important support supplements however.

1. An AI like aromasin to keep estrogen in the low-normal range. Start the aromasin on day 1 of your cycle and run it throughout your entire cycle and PCT.
2. A good liver aid supplement like n2guard when using the anavar because anavar is a liver toxic oral steroid.

you are talking about stenght in this post, would you please go into little more details?

I have been doing crossfit for about 4 years and would like to get my strenght and endurance up. You have mentioned that Tren builds strenght like nothing else with conmbination of Anavar and Turinabol. In one of yours post you mentioned GW501516 is great for endurance. Would please recomand cycle for strenght and endurance with orals only?
I’m 44y. 185lb. Doing crossfit for about 4y., ran Test E few years ago for 8w. without PCT, big mistake I know, I have learned my lesson and since I have read a lot of your posts. Trust me, I will not do cycle without proper plan of PCT. Thank you

^for crossfit if you ran tren you would be one of the strongest dudes there, probably break a lot of their records on the wall BUT you would be fucked in terms of endurance.

the only steroid i can tell you that is okay to use is EQ. other than that use SARM's
