No training last couple of days
Works been hectic , weekends been crazy . Every time I think I can get a session in I’m hit with road blocks.
I am feeling I am way more easily agitated at the moment.
So hopefully just having a bad couple of days or adding tren is going to make things interesting

Training tomorrow morning , regardless been 3 days since last session. Will call in sick or start work late if my kids try and fuck me over tonight/ or in the morning.
