Impressive gains on training. Very few guys track this closely, I'm happy to see you progressing. Especially leg extensions which are quad builders max.

I trained this morning but just did bits and pieces . Body a bit sore. So just did a couple of each body group upper body.

Didn’t record it

Shoulder press
Front delt dumbbell raise (Charles glass variation)
Upright cable rows
Incline press hammer strength
Peck deck
Hammer curls dumbbell
Tricep rope pull down
Bicep dumbbell curl
Reverse curls Tricep


Will do side by side comparison workouts next week compared to pre cycle .
 
Maybe sit in the sauna and sweat out a lot of that baby batter.
That will help with the agitation, I think.
 
Man, you're doing good. Why would you add Tren?
I'm just not a fan of that steroid, but that's my opinion after using it a couple times.
 
I say go for it, man. You only live once.
But here's the thing, you do add it in, but do a low dose to start.
 
I'm really looking forward to seeing your updates.
once you start tren this log will take off!!!!
 
Here, I can't remember if I asked this already, but can't you just take your kids to the gym with you?
Most gyms now that are pretty big have the daycare thing.
 
You might want to consider investing in a home gym at some point.
Maybe you can ask for that for Christmas.
 
Yeah, a lot of people with kids, They end up getting the home gym and that really helps because they don't have to worry about finding a babysitter.
