I personally like your T bar volume, I find that grip the best on the back squeeze. :D
 
Arm day Friday, was a great session but if a change from routine just wanted to blast my arms and see how pumped I could get them definitely
succeeded, next time I’ll post the pump. Here is the session on Hevy plus a few meals

Steak and potatoes meal of champs :D @FakeNatty1 I would cut the pepsi out though and replace with protein shake.
 
there are less bad sodas. you can download the yuka app and scan some at a health food store
