Another log update been a busy week but getting it done the growth starting to marinate I feel now sleeping better and tightening up training sessions below 👇 2 session back to back and a rest day tomorrow currently running 2 days on 1 day off has been great and the old faithful steak and potatoes

Another log update and a leg day was legendary good weight shifted and I swear the legs are growing week to week.

Bros careful with sauerkraut. It's sort of hard to digest.
 
The fact that you can tell you're growing is a good sign.

It's not going to always be like that though. So be prepared for some pullback.
 
If you can get rid of the soda that would be the best thing you can do. It's very bad for you. Lots of different crap that they put in there.
 
That steak looks terrific with the potatoes.
Nice salad as well.
 
Even though the Pepsi is zero sugar, it's still has things in it. That doesn't need to be in your body.
 
Yeah, artificial sweetener is a killer

Can you just stick to some water and maybe some juice?
