Been MIA the last few days had a crazy week but still managers to get legs in wasn’t a full session but threw in an extra super sets of leg extensions. Also a few meals I’ve had over the last few days.

Happy to see you back with the EVO family, 1st meal doesnt look clean onion rings and mac n cheese? I dont see meat :D maybe missing it

Haha there is steak under the calamari bro! No cardio work a busy job always get in around 10-12 thousand steps a day which is enough for me anyways
 
the meals look excellent
make sure you also get in your fair share of vegetables
 
keep up the good work on this
we really want to see succeed keep up the protein
 
throwing in some extra sets never is a wrong thing to do
