Approved Log Ongoing Training and Testosterone Cycle Log

Another log update so a few session in the books for this week it’s been a crazy week for me here is the Hevy workout tracker logs and a few meals also my order arrived from @BigBoyLabs so now I’m officially ready to blast off keep an eye out!

Log update, legs last night was a cracker got a new PB on the hack squat 200 x 6 I’m not sure what the machine weights but I never count that anyway plus some food

Work out is no joke at all.

Impressive on the volume, you hit a lot of different areas.
 
I like how you cover your entire legs. You don't neglect anything. That's good.
 
Don't forget to post up your warm-up as well, especially on leg day.

You don't want to pull a muscle.
 
Are you doing any stretching post workout?
Perfect time to do it is after like day.
 
Workout splits look pretty good. Keeps it fun and more hardcore.
