Alright EVO community I am more of a lurker and casual poster because I only really post when I have some value I can add based on real knowledge or experience but I do read virtually everything that goes on here regularly. I need some guidance / advice.
First off some background:
Mid 40's
5' 11"
185 lbs
Weight ranges from 175 - 200 based on commitment to diet
a realistic 12 % bodyfat level at the moment, ranges from 9 % 15 % throughout the year again depending on diet.
I don't like to bulk, it is not my thing. I am in this to maintain a mens physique type body. If I go over 200 lbs I start feeling too bulky and not myself.
My doppelganger is Jason Stathom, I actually look like him quite a bit from certain angles and we have similar body types.
Here is my situation - I will try not to be too long because know one likes a long post but I think the details are important to provide.
As any fellow Canadian would know getting on TRT is next to impossible in Canada and I thought I would never had a chance in hell given a conversation I had a couple years ago with my former doctor. Well I went to see an Endo for the fist time today on an unrelated matter and we ended up having a pretty candid conversation because he did ask if I used PEDs as it was relevant to the diagnoses( these guys can tell, it was obvious to him and he explained why) I really don't know if the average person or people who knows me realizes I use PEDs but when ever I bump into someone I haven't seen for a while I get the comments like. You been working out? or You look jacked. I just say diet and exercise, diet and exercise - You gotta stay committed. The Endo seemed to have an understanding of my circumstances and said that he had 100's of athletes under his care for TRT. I explained why I do PEDs, which for me is to maintain the fountain of youth and keep some lean definition. He said that if I went off for 1 month and came back with some bloodwork that he would consider putting me on the highest legal dose per week that he was allowed. He didn't even say my test levels had to come in low just within normal ranges. Funny thing is he started talking about TRT first as I wasn't even going to ask. He said that after being used to being on whatever doses I was in the past that I might not be satisfied with the results of TRT but I said that I would rather try a low dose pharmaceutical Testosterone dose and know exactly what I am getting that not know what I am putting into my body. - I played that card!
So anyway long story short.
Currently I am on self TRT or cruising and blasting whatever you care to call it.
Current Protocol
750 TEST E per week
600 TREN E per week - had another 4 weeks left to go on this
so 3 injections per week of each spaced out accordingly
and just started a few days ago 50 mg per day Bayer proviron
I have 3 weeks to get my test levels down. I am having a whack load of things checked as well, the usual panel of stuff.
I am most concerned with bringing down my Test so that I qualify for TRT
Question is? Do I just stop the Test? - let that crash and stay on the Tren and just push through it or should I being doing anything else to suppress the Test levels and I am not talking about going out drinking and get no sleep the night before. I don't sleep right now and I am not a drinker. I think 3 weeks should be enough time to bring it down but not sure how???.
Basically what is the wisest course of action I should take here if I want to ensure I don't mess up this potentially once in a lifetime golden opportunity?
