Opinions on HGH dosage and eating times

Ever since I joined this site I have been working on updating the 1990s methods I always used with all of this highly detailed information that you guys have. On this topic there is a lot of contradictory information out there including scientific studies, so I guess I'm looking for opinions.

When I first started using GH, the theory was that the dosage should be split afternoon and preferably early morning like 3am. The reasoning being that these are times when natural GH is at its lowest and you wont supress natural GH at bedtime. The other belief was that you couldn't eat for 2 hours before or after unless you used insulin which I would never touch. Then guys started saying you could eat straight protein with no carbs and that you should do that when you took the early am dose.

Currently I am splitting my dose 1.5 iu approx 15minutes into my afternoon workout and 1.5iu whenever I wake up to take a piss usually around 4am. The afternoon dose works out fine, I end up with about an hour before and after with no food. I am finding that after the morning dose that I am totally starving! When I push the dosage time closer to when I wake up I find that I am a lot more tired from the GH than when I am able to take it and go back to sleep. What I would like to hear is people's opinions on how relevant the dosage and food timing is. And how they break things up. Thanks

I had great results just taking my full 3IUs first thing in the morning on an empty stomach then eating 30 mins later.

Dosing time isn't super important as long as you are consistent. Give a 30 minute buffer in either side before eating though. I personally run between 2 and 3 iu.

I’m about to start HGH. From the info I’ve gathered either first thing in the morning like AWM said or before bed. But PON hit the nail on the head. It’s more about consistency.

Do you notice any lethargy in the morning when you take it all at once? I never seem to in the evening after the afternoon dose, but I definitely did mid morning when I was taking 4iu and splitting it 2 and 2

That's good to hear. The older guys from the 80s that schooled me basically believed that you would get type 2 diabetes if you consumed any carbs within a 2 hour window.

at the end of the day just getting it in your body is the key and finding legit HGH

you can always get in touch with me to find the best hgh on the market

As long as you have high quality, legit HGH, that is the key. After that, the changes will not be major regarding dosing, etc. I would just do 2iu when you get up. Keep it simple.
