Opinions on starting my first cycle

Hi,
I am 35 years and have been working out for 3 months now, having worked out before and made my physique at the age of 28, lost all my gains in the last 7 years of abstinence and returned to the gym 3 months ago.
So now I am looking into starting my first steroids cycle for bulking as following:

Testosterone enanthate 250mg/week for 16 weeks
Deca 200mg/week for 13 weeks
Proviron 50mg/day for 16 weeks
Aromasin only is case my estrogen level spike.

Supplements:
milk thistle, n-acetyl-l-cysteine, dandelion, artichoke, fish oil, bentonite and multivitamin

Based on the pictures below do you think my BF % is safe for such steroid cycle or should I start cutting before ?

Looks good except I would bump test to 300mg with the deca being in there....Shouldnt need aromasin but good thing to have on hand bro...Id get the gear @domestic-supply.com

Thanks for your input man, any suggestions regarding diet ?

My current weight is 90kg @182cm.

My current bulking diet is 3200 calories split into the following macros:
200g proteins
450g carbs
75g fats

I am thinking of bumping it up to 3600 calories on the steroid cycle:
300g proteins
450g carbs
75g fats
 
Lol I thought that my current BF% is high and was afraid of aromatization that’s why I didn’t bump my dose. Seems like body dismorphia kicked in.
You can always bump it down if needed. Your first cycle will be your best.
 
I think healthy food and most importantly how you train will be biggest factor. Don’t waste your time doing endless sets and exercises. Pick one major compound exercise per training day and a few isolation exercises and your gtg.

I actually posted my current nutrition in my first reply, will appreciate any suggestions regarding any changes that needs to be done.

We don’t know what your carbs or protein sources will consist of yet.

Carbs mostly complex carbs from oats, quinoa, sweet potato and american rice, will use white bread in the morning and masstech mass gainer post workout.

Protein from beef, chicken, tuna and mostly from whey protein supplement and cheese and casein protein supplement at night.

Fats from nuts, avocade, peanut butter and olive oil.

My sugar intake is around 40g, in the morning, pre and post.

All these are split into 7 meals per day.

Still I am afraid to go on a huge calorie surplus to avoid gaining too much fat, but I think on the cycle it wouldnt be a huge problem right ?

Currently I exercise around 80 to 90 minutes 5 days a week but will bump it up on steroids maybe to 2 workouts 4 days a week and 1 workout for the 2 days and 1 rest day

You don’t need mass gainer. You could probably do well if you cut your carbs down to 200-300 per day and still put on a ton of lean mass. Eat the majority of carbs the first few hours after lifting.

I actually don’t use the whole serving of the mass gainer, but thought it might make it easier to achieve my daily goal of carbs as healthy food doesn’t have too much calories which makes it hard to eat all day 😂

So a wise split would be like that ?
300g protein
300g carbs
75g fats

I think that looks good. Just make sure to have good digestive enzymes for all that protein.
 
muscle and Body memory are a real thing. If you built up a nice physique prior it won't take you very long to get back to that level
I will not rush into using steroids though. The main reason is injuries
I've seen so many guys rush back and start taking steroids before they had built up their conditioning and end up injured

@rkfy welcome to evolutionary.org family, you are in the right place and I'm happy you shared your picture as a base.

I could give you the generic cycle answer, would you like that? it wouldn't be complete though i will tell you why in a minute;

Generic cycle
week 1-16
500mgs testosterone enanthate/week 250 mgs split
200mgs deca durabolin/week 100mgs split
50mgs tbol/ed 25 split week 1-8
25mgs proviron/ed
10mgs aromasin/ed
7caps n2guard/ed organ liver support

however this cycle doesn't take into account real details about your diet and training that you have now. You say you're doing 300 protein 300 carbs 75 fats or you will? and macros mean nothing to us, what we need to see with macros is foods you eat, when you eat them and how much, and we need to see your training actual training. meaning we need to see your LOG journal with diet training, actual full details.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Yea actually thats the thing I was mostly thinking about, so I trained until i could bench and squat the same weights I used to do before and I am almost there.
I went from bench pressing 35kg to 90kg for 10 reps and from squatting 50kg to 120kg. And in term of muscle mass I still needs around 3 kg of muscles at most to reach my previous physique.
Do you think I should wait longer ?
 
your bodyfat is "ok" but certainly not ideal right now.. i can tell you will get where you need to be though and thats a good sign bro.. i would not jump into steroids only being back to working out for 3 months either.. i would give it some time man.. go about this the right way, the safe way and the far more effective way... this is a marathon, not a sprint.. you can see you had previously been in good condition so let yourself get there first before you just rush into this

Thanks for your feedback man, so you suggest I keep bulking for now ? Gonna lower my calorie intake as I am starting to add some fat, actually I made a mistake and rushed my bulk.
Here's how I looked 2 months ago, I was skinny but lean and rushed with a high calorie intake but most probably the fat was going to get stored back as I had them before and lost all the fat and muscles in the last 7 years.
