26 years old and 6’1’’ 184 pounds.
I train hard 1 hour per session 4-6x per week.
first cycle I did some pro hormones and I will say that the side effects weren’t worth the gains. 2nd time I went with anadrol and I gained about 10 pounds but also noticed my blood pressure went through the roof.
Any advice when it comes to which oral options I should go for this go around?
A friend suggested I go with anavar 50mgs for 8 weeks. Good or no?

I would try some tbol 50mgs ed instead

make sure you run n2guard with it

anadrol doesn't convert to estrogen in the body, but it can bind to estrogen receptors causing rapid weight gain. hence why you get issues on it

Yes. But you'd know 100% if you'd read the AAS ebook: https://irongorillas.com/

water retention can cause a spike in blood pressure

n2guard is what you need to use

try tbol next time its very mild

make sure you use ugfreak.to to get the best results. they have plenty of oral options with low sides. tbol and var work great

Heres a CRAZY thought on your question.. how would you expect ANYONE to answer this when you cant even tell us what you want to accomplish??? only a psychic could answer this
