Order not shipped and claim never received the payment.

I placed an order on the 30th of July. It was only a small order to test the process in case there were any problems.

Order still showed as pending so opened a ticket to check the payment was received. Get a reply saying payment is in the queue to process and takes 1-2 days.

Waited 3 days and order still showing as pending so replied asking if there was an update.

2 days later get a reply from a different rep "we did not get any transactions for this order"

I check my bank and the BTC transaction shows it was delivered 40 minutes after sending. Details provided to naps.

Gets a reply saying their system didn't detect the payment and to provide transaction hash.

I reply with hash.

2 days go by with no answer so I reply asking if there was an update.

I get a reply

"you sent it to a wrong address,

this is not our address"

I reply asking how this could be possible because I scanned the QR code with my phone and made the payment through my bank. I didn't type the address in manually.

I get no reply.

When I got into the order it still shows as pending and I am presented with a QR code which expires in 15 minutes. I am not sure how naps works but I would imagine this address changes frequently for anonymity etc.

@tubbylad welcome to the EVO family, sorry to hear about this situation but these things happen.

A few thoughts, I've seen devices hacked and a hacker adds a different QR code so keep that one in mind (not saying this here but possible) but no matter this issue, I'm 100% sure napsgear will resolve this.

@jasonhill800 is their rep lets ping him now.

Meanwhile @tubbylad can you tell us about your cycle plans please?
 
i'm not sure what is going on here man. i think there is a lot of confusion but you should hit up jasonhill direct and he will sort it out
 
it's hard to really know because we're not seeing what you're seeing
 
if you sent it to the wrong place then its not naps fault right?
 
it sounds to me that its just a misunderstanding
 
they will fix whatever confusion is going on
 
sometimes things like this happen but you should send them the proof that you sent it and where you sent it to
 
napsgear has been around 20 years by being an honest source
 
you'll get it figure it out I wouldn't worry too much just talked to one of the Reps and they'll sort things out
 
I doubt very much that one of, if not THE biggest reseller of multiple brands decided to have YOU alone over for a few bucks.
 
I don't believe they are scammers. They come recommended on here and that is why I placed the order.

I did message their rep on here earlier this week before posting this thread but he hasn't been online since so I haven't had a reply.

I am sure someone will sort it out at Naps but the CS rep who was dealing with my ticket doesn't seem to be interested.

It is impossible for me to have sent it to the wrong address. I placed the order on my laptop and then scanned the QR code with my phone to make the payment. Nothing has been hacked and I can't see there being a mistake or miss understanding on my part.

I think the miss understanding is the CS rep doesn't care to help. He claimed the BTC address isn't theirs when I sent the transaction hash but how can this be if I scanned the QR on their website?
