Organic raw food vs organic cooking - who wins?

They always say in bodybuilding, don't eat processed food, cook it yourself. Does this mean that cooking actually has a benefit or does it just mean that you should eat organically?

I HATE COOKING, BUT everything I eat is organic although raw. I always spend the extra buck to get the organic version.

My diet contains of organic nuts, fruits, milk, oats, butter, bread, juice, dark chocolate, olive oil etc. I like food that i can just grab out of the fridge/shelf and eat. Sometimes i eat meat outside. But i try not to eat anything processed.

So back to my question, assuming we take compare a cooked diet to a raw died, both having the same nutrients, is there any benefit in the cooking process? Am i loosing any potential gains by not cooking?

(To be fair, my whey isolate is processed. And the Fresubin drink in the following screenshot, by i drink it very rarely)

This is what i ate yesterday for example:

Cooking prevents food poisoning.
Meats are handled by dudes who wiped their ass then touch ur food. Lots of hands on it all the way to the supermarket.

Even with fruits or veggies if a monkey or bat shits on ur fruit and you eat it. It’s important to wash or cook food for that reason.

If you can grow or catch or hunt ur own food and know whose hands was on it that is always best.

But other than food poisoning from contamination is there any reason not to eat raw organic food? I never had food poisoning or at least not serious enough to recall it.

Are we talking about micro inflammation or the change for severe poisoning that stops me from training?

Looking at your diet what would you actually cook anyway?
Is this a normal day of eating for you?

Apart from the calorie surplus I'm on, yes pretty much. I don't eat the same every day, but it represents my eating style, yes.

Do you just drink the olive oil with your choco?
You do what works for you but i think i would be starving on your diet. Not enough volume of food for me.

Yes, I drink 3 spoons of olive oil and I eat a piece of dark chocolate. Not at the same time, that would make throw up probably. I'm a bad eater, so the volume is perfect for me.
