Overtraining is easy on aas. But as stated your body will let you know. Fatigue,platea,no motivation i think its easier to overtrain when lifting heavy vs moderate. At least for me
The tell tale sign is a resting HR rate 7+ BPM higher than normal
Not necessaarily. I have an abnormail heatrrate. Slightly higher than normal. Its called Tachycardia.
I have been training two a days. And have felt great. Been doing it for a week.
