I made an order to my rep on wickr. I made payment and used reference number as what he gave me. Made payment. Sent through screen shot of payment and delivery address details and haven’t heard anything back!

I've since tried contacting with no response, and I've payed in full. Can send photos of the convo etc. Can you help please
