DNP is not something to mess around with, do research and read up on it so you can come to an informed personal choice and whether or not its something you want to use. If youre trying to shred that extra 2% bf that you just cant get rid of and have tried diet and other compounds then yeah give it a crack if it intrests you. If youre using it because you want to lose more weight and havent tried other compounds then I dont believe its for you.

If your mate is not a bit advanced I wouldn't recommend it bro. Not something to mess with. Even at 100mg you feel like an oven.

Yeah i talked to a guy in other forum he is ifbb open class competitor he used a lab with 200mg tab and 400mg per day was bit harsh for him and he prefer 100mg tab and u see in forum newbie whinging they felt nothing no side at 600mg in day or 2 of taking and complain getting fucked after few days. Better stay away with this as everyone suggested.
