yes they are closed... there are no indications out there of what happened just people saying whatever they feel like and i certainly do not operate that way... the fact that we can see is they are in fact closed, beyond that, there is nothing else FACTUAL as to show why... it really makes no difference either way because the best quality out there is from Umbrella Labs or RCS anyway
