my favorite is you need to aspirate or else you will die! that one has never made sense cause i should be dead already!

or another is you turn into Arnold from using steroids like magic.

I still think it's true. Not that 'you shouldn't' cos you can do what you like.

But I've NEVER seen ANY evidence of better results from using a kickstarter. Show me better results

And if it's a case of 'waiting for the esters (or choice of the PED) to kick in' just change the choice. It USED to be an issue cos users didn't have the choices they have now.

I actually have two that are kind of related.

1) You can't gain size or strength while cutting.

2) If you lift heavy while cutting you will get injured.
