I actually have two that are kind of related.

1) You can't gain size or strength while cutting.

2) If you lift heavy while cutting you will get injured.
@RoidRage69 #2 is partially a myth, I've had clients and anecdotally speaking MANY injuries happen when guys dry out for shows, but general cutting likely not a problem for most :)
 
How much cardio you doing these days?
For now it’s not as high but still do my 10 min stairs pre workout and 10-15k steps daily
 
Don't do cardio on bulk it will hurt your gains 😅
That one was big in the 80s even by experts. Then they figured out the heart was also a muscle

I'm good with oral kick start myself. If I'm running deca and test cyp I'm taking dbol first 6 weeks. I don't get why ppl against this theory. Dbol def gonna kick in before other two and get me stronger before the test deca hit. Just my opinion. I can switch to fast esters but the oral dbol still gonna hit the fastest imo over any inj with exception of test suspension or tren no ester

Brother, I'm talking all they're doing is just drinking protein powder, just a few times a day haha.. maybe they'll throw in a can of tuna fish haha.
And they are not huge within one week..
