@RoidRage69 #2 is partially a myth, I've had clients and anecdotally speaking MANY injuries happen when guys dry out for shows, but general cutting likely not a problem for mostI actually have two that are kind of related.
1) You can't gain size or strength while cutting.
2) If you lift heavy while cutting you will get injured.
