I have been suffering from tendonitis and inflammation in my knees and elbows for years, I’m an older guy in my 50’s. Never cared for stretching, yoga or any of that crap. Just lift and go home, no maintenance on my body at all. I guess it has caught up to me. I’m new to these peptides, would you recommend I do bpc157 in those locations and if so would 250mcg work per location ?
