Peptides for Healing and Recovery

Thanks for all the feedback. I definitely understand that nothing is going to work miracles and it's going to take time and rest to recover.

I'm not cycling, I'm only running TRT at 125mg a week. I'm currently on a natural cut (aside from TRT) working on getting to about 10-12% bf in preparation for a bulk next year.

I have a couple bottles of Ostarine on hand from a previous cycle. I'll pick up some TB and BPC and will run that during recovery.

I'd prefer to avoid surgery but it sounds like the only option. The ligament is torn away from the bone and the doc said it will not heal completely on its own. He comes highly recommended as one of the best sports injury docs around and surgery is his last option. I know plenty of guys that have seen him and he did not push them into surgery.

For the first 4-6 weeks I won't be able to do much of anything, I'll have to try to keep my arm and shoulder completely immobile. Likely 4-6 months to be back to upper body push/pull exercises.

I was training 4 days a week upper/lower split with 20 minutes cardio after lifting and one day 1 hour cardio, with 2 full rest days.

Since I hurt my shoulder, I've only been able to work legs doing lifts that don't require any weight or stress on my left arm - leg press, hack squat machine, DB squats with DB in my right hand only.

I've upped my cardio to make up for not being able to lift as much but cardio is some limited as well because of shoulder pain.

I've been eating in about a 500 calorie deficit for cutting

if you doing training would be great to see you LOG journal your cycle, especially details on actual training so guys can see how training goes when injured

In the grand scheme of things, 4-6 months away from the gym is really no big deal. The key is to get it fixed and not rush back too quickly. Once you are healed up, muscle memory will kick in and get you back to where you were before the injury. You just have to be patient and work back slowly.
