Hi Gang,

Was wondering what peptides you guys like to use or would suggest for when you have an injury. We have all had that annoying shoulder pain every now and then. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys
 
Also can i have your suggestions for TB500 dosage. Ive been reading that for BPC 157 dosage should be between 2.5-3.75 mcg per kilo twice per day, other has said 200-300MCG per day and another 150-375 mcg daiy. Just cant really come across TB500 dosage.

This is what I have found to work really well.
BPC157-500mcg/day
TB500-5mg/wk split into (2)2.5mg shots.
I plan to run this for 4 weeks. If by the end of week 2 i'm not feeling better I will plan to extend to 6 weeks. I've never had to go longer than that.
Obviously if your injury is more serious you would want to get some imaging done and possibly medical intervention but for inflammation/smaller soft tissue injuries this protocol works great.

@Jason breville bpc and tb are the 2 best ones and ostarine mk286 will help but thats a sarm

I like bpc a bit lower than @s.gentz

start with this dose

This is what I have found to work really well.
BPC157-500mcg/day
TB500-5mg/wk split into (2)2.5mg shots.

tb500 will speed up recovery from soreness.

bpc is more spot treatment.
 
Brother, I'm not gonna lie. If your shoulder is bothering you. That's not a good sign. Means you could have a slight tear.
 
Need to be doing all of the above and I would also be increasing the amount of fish oil. You're getting as well.
 
tb500 you want to do 10mgs the first 2 weeks total per week.

then you can decrease it from there.

i got tons of injuries, i push through like a real man. even broke my back falling from tanker and was back in gym next day.
 
When you get older you have to start babying your injuries.

i would get paratropin hgh. it really help bigtime.
