I’ve been asked to write out a LOG in regards to my libido conversation I put up earlier this month
I’m 37yo as a construction worker so I’m pretty active on a day to day basis
I normally train atleast 5 days sometime 6 days a week
My diet isn’t too bad normally have a fair bit of meats, eggs, chicken, veggies, tuna but sometimes can be cheeky and eat some take away like a pizza on the weekend,
My cardio is my work as we work in a tunnel but I’m averaging around 15,000 steps a day,
My sleep is normally pretty good I would normally get 7 hours of sleep a day and when I’m on nightshift and finish really early in the morning I would get between 6 and 7 hours
My supplents I take isn’t too much
Shilajit ( pea size every morning )
Tonghat Ali ( half a tea spoon )
Moringo ( 1 tea spoon )
Ashwaghanda ( 1 tea spoon )
Pre workout ( 1/1.5 scoops before training )
High protein shake ( normally before bed )
My cycle isn’t too crazy but I normally all year around take 250mg Test E weekly
I recentely added Masteron E (200mg) weekly for about 10 weeks and come off it a few weeks ago and now just stuck to my 250mg of Test,
I’m 178cm tall and around 88-89kg and normally hold that weight and don’t carry that much fat
I havnt had my bloods done in a couple years now but I definitely will just to see where I stand, and what I can do to achieve a little gain on my libido
I was going to throw in some HCG into my cycle now to see if it would help but I would rather get you legends to help me with this journey
