Phlebotomy During Cycle. Heart Health

I was reading some case studies which were varying and did not to relate to each other about RBC, hematocrit, iron, and cholesterol and how it effected by PEDs and phlebotomy.

We know that PEDs increase these blood markers for the user but regular phlebotomies have shown to reduce this increase along with cardio and hydration.

These three components show that they could potentially reduce and prevent cardiovascular risks long term when it comes to the use of PEDs.

Anyone here have experience on using phlebotomies as a tool to maintain longevity while cycling?


If so what other information, experiences, and studies can you share and what else can we throw into the equation?

FYI I am new to the site and since posting have found some good information on this topic. Instead of deleting I think it might be good to discuss as a standalone topic because I find this a really interesting topic and want to learn more.
 
Donating blood usually takes about 40 minutes including driving time so it’s a really good idea to be doing it as often as possible

@MadStacker IMO the easiest way is to donate blood but that doesnt work for everyone.

The issue here @MadStacker is we dont know anything about you. It would be nice for you to share your cycle with us, training diet, in a NEW LOG journal thread. We can discuss your cycle and your need for a potential phlebotomy and why, how your diet is realted to it, how your training and lifestyle is too. Either way, having a log up is a MUST in our community. This way we can help and guide you.

To really guide you we need more info, we need you to share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I will analyze your message in the morning and do my best to put together a relevant log that meets this criteria. Thinking about your post it actually makes a lot of sense so I don't have to repeat my story over and over like being on hold for customer service. Quick and easy, down and dirty. Love it. Dave does alot of excellent work, I play podcasts he is on regularly, lots of great information. He is also one of the only guys I know who stood next to rich pina and said he wasn't that big in person lol.

You got it, gentlemen.

I am in the process of putting the information for a log together, now.

Bloodwork scheduled for March 22nd.

Once I obtain those results I will also put the rest of my log together.

One question, my doctor for trt will want to see me in normal range so I have to skip a shot to be there.

Where and how can I independently get labwork done on test levels when they may or may not be superphysiological and how do I keep that separate from primary care provider? I don't want to mess up my trt because I tried to measure test levels while blasting. Make sense?
