Leg press. 3 sets X 20 reps
Dumbbell walking lunges 3 sets X 15 reps
Barbell RDL. 3:sets X 12 reps
Seat leg curls. 3 sets X 15 reps
Leg extension. 3 sets X 15 reps
Seated calf raises. 4 sets X 20 reps
