Approved Log Pigsy log for 2023

Nice man! Love all the updates in and out of the gym. One of the best logs we have seen. Cardio 7 days per week at an hour each day shows some crazy dedication.

It dedication, but the benefits i get from it starting the day and the energy levels it gives. Is worth the commitment.
 
Grape season is done and dusted. Be taking holidays for 3 weeks start March 29. Then after holidays will start prep for stage in October

Pull-ups. 3 sets X 12 reps bodyweight
Nautilus pulldown. 3 sets X 12 reps X 100kg
Cybex chest supported row. 3 sets X 12 reps X 110kg
Barbell bent over rows. 3 sets X 10 reps X 140kg
Rope straight arm pulldowns. 3 sets X 15 reps X 75 kg
Face pulls 3 sets X 12 reps X 70kg
Cable rear delts. 3 sets X 15 reps X 25kg
Universal bicep preacher curl. 3 sets X 12 reps X 50kg
Cable bicep curls. 3 sets X 12 reps X 40kg
Hammer rope curls. 3 sets X 12 reps X 45kg

Have meet with coach next week. Will be discussing planned training and peds for upcoming stage.

I did progressive overload train before and found it boring as. Prefer the fast passed volume training and it has build up more muscle and conditioning
