Barbell bent over rows. 3 sets X 10 reps X 140kg
Rope straight arm pulldowns. 3 sets X 15 reps X 75 kg
Face pulls 3 sets X 12 reps X 70kg
Cable rear delts. 3 sets X 15 reps X 25kg
Universal bicep preacher curl. 3 sets X 12 reps X 50kg
Cable bicep curls. 3 sets X 12 reps X 40kg
Hammer rope curls. 3 sets X 12 reps X 45kg
Have meet with coach next week. Will be discussing planned training and peds for upcoming stage.
