Abductors. 3 sets X 15 reps X 120kg
Laying leg curls. 3 sets X 15 reps X 50kg
Hack squat. 3 sets X 12 reps X 180kg
Vertical leg press. 3 sets X 12 reps X 200kg
Front squats. 3 sets X 10 reps X 125kg
Barbell stiff leg deadlifts. 3 sets X 12 reps X 140kg
Seated ham curls. 3 sets X 15 reps X 75kg
Leg extension. 3 sets X 15 reps X 70kg
Standing calf raises. 3 sets X 20 reps X 125kg
40 minutes post workout cardio.
