Hammer strength high row 3 sets X 12 reps X 70kg

Hammer strength DY Row. 3 sets X 12 reps X 70kg

Hammer strength low row. 3 sets X 12 reps X 80kg

Pull downs close grip. 3 sets X 12 reps X 80kg

Rope straight arm pull downs. 3 sets X 12 reps X 65kg

Cable rear delta. 4 sets X 15 reps X 20kg

Cable high bicep curls. 3 sets X 12 reps X 25kg

Cable z bar curls. 3 sets X 12 reps X 65kg

Dumbbell hammer curls. 3 sets X 12 reps X 22.5kg

Shrug machine. 3 sets X 12 reps X 160kg


Post workout cardio 45 minutes
