Nautilus seated chest press 12 reps x 3 sets x 108kg
Flex fitness chest press 12 reps x 3 sets x 130kg
Machine Dips 15 reps x 3 sets x 110kg
Cybex seated shoulder Press 12 reps x 3 sets x 100kg
Matrix Side delt machine 12 reps x 3 sets x 60kg
Panatta Pec Deck 12 reps x 3 sets x 65kg
Cable rope tricep pushdowns 15 reps x 3 sets x 70kg
Cable skull crushers 15 reps x 3 sets x 75kg
Cable tricep kick backs 15 reps x 3 sets x 30kg
Will start growth phase beginning of Next month. Been having good talks with my coach for plan of attack.
