Still on maintainance diet, with 250 test e a week pinned daily. Body weight stable at 101.5kg/224lbs

Had a pull session with another member on this forum who lives close to me, so was good meet a member personally from the forum.

Lat pullsowns 3 sets x 12 reps x 90kg

Deadlifts which haven't done for almost a year. So went careful 3 sets x 8 reps x 180kg

Nautilus high row 3 sets x 12 reps x 98kg

Nautilus low row 3 sets x 12 reps x 91kg

Cybex seated row 3 sets x 12 reps x 105kg

Stiff arm cable pull downs 3 sets x 12 reps x 70kg

Rear delt machine 3 sets x 15 reps x 50kg

Preacher curl 3 sets x 15 reps x 45kg

crucifix cable bicep curls 3 sets x 15 reps x 32.5kg

Cable single arm drag curls 3 sets x 15 reps x 20kg

Stiff leg deadlifts 3 sets x 10 reps x 140kg

Seated Leg Curls 3 sets x 15 reps x 108kg last set drop set

Leg extension 3 sets x 15 reps x 108kg last set drop set.

Killer workout plenty of electrolytes and water drunk. Plenty of sweat. Had 2 big fans on in gym. This is what makes us men and to achieve my goals. 1 more week of cruise. Then it time to hit growth phase.

That photo was from today's leg session with another member from evo. I post up the training session shortly. Yes my Lab has been spot on with testing products. My next cycle will be arriving this week or next so looking forward to it.
