Pendulum Squat 3 sets x 12 reps x 90kg last set rest pause x 2

Hack Squat 3 sets x 12 reps x 200kg last set rest pause x 2

Leg press 3 sets x 20 reps x 300kg last set rest pause x 2

Stiff leg deadlifts 3 sets x 10 reps x 140kg

Seated Leg Curls 3 sets x 15 reps x 108kg last set drop set

Leg Extension 3 sets x 15 reps x 108kg last set drop set.

Update on farm left removal around bunches and bunch trimming to shape. The flame seedless and just starting to change colour. Crops looking good. Start harvest mid January

Cybex seated shoulder Press 12 reps x 3 sets x 100kg last set, drop set

Matrix Side delt machine 12 reps x 3 sets x 60kg last set, drop set

Panatta Pec Deck 12 reps x 3 sets x 65kg last set, drop set

Cable rope tricep pushdowns 15 reps x 3 sets x 70kg last set, drop set
