Approved Log Pigsy log for 2023

So today was push day. Morning weight 102kg. Diet 2650 calories. 260g protein, 200g Carbs, 60g Fats.

Fasted morning cardio 50 minutes

Incline Smith machine press 3 sets x 150kg final set drop x 2

Hammer strength wide seated chest press. 3 sets x 12 reps x 160kg

Hammer strength narrow seated chest press
3 sets x 12 reps x 100kg

Hammer strength dip machine 3 sets x 15 reps x 120kg

Smith shoulder press 3 sets x 12 reps x 120kg

Cable side laterals 3 sets x 15 reps x 25kg last set drop set

Cable chest flies 3 sets x 15 reps x 40kg. Last set drop set

Rope tricep pushdowns 3 sets x 15 reps x 70kg

Over head tricep extension 3 sets x 15 reps x 70kg

Cable tricep kickback 3 sets x 15 reps x 25kg last set drop set.

Also got vines from nursery for planting another American Variety call Autumn King.

Just start, growth phase. Started 4 ius hgh. Test, eq, npp, mast so lolling forward to see results.

I just learnt how to post videos on here. You have to shrink video to small size it will down load here. I be posting more videos as I go.

Peds use is 500mg test e, EQ 300, NPP 200, MAST E 200mg. 4 ius HGH before bed. 10 ius Novarapid preworkout.

Front loaded the EQ 900mg 1st week to get me to close to my 300mg a week level with I 2 weeks instead of no front load as EQ so take up. The screenshots show why I have done front load of EQ first week. The dose back to 300mg from week 2
