Hammer strength wide seated chest press. 3 sets x 12 reps x 160kg
Hammer strength narrow seated chest press
3 sets x 12 reps x 100kg
Hammer strength dip machine 3 sets x 15 reps x 120kg
Smith shoulder press 3 sets x 12 reps x 120kg
Cable side laterals 3 sets x 15 reps x 25kg last set drop set
Cable chest flies 3 sets x 15 reps x 40kg. Last set drop set
Rope tricep pushdowns 3 sets x 15 reps x 70kg
Over head tricep extension 3 sets x 15 reps x 70kg
Cable tricep kickback 3 sets x 15 reps x 25kg last set drop set.
