Temperature finally tampering down. Very happy with my progress so far in this bulk. Gaining weight size and keeping lean.

I have start LGF-LR3 and injectable dbol 25mg pwo for the first time today for my leg session.

45 Min fasted cardio

Adductor. 3 sets x 15 reps x 140kg
Abductor. 3 sets x 15 reps x 140kg
Laying leg Curl. 3 sets x 15 reps x 60kg
Hack squat. 3 sets x 20 reps x 160kg
Pendulum squat. 3 sets x 20 rep x 60kg
Leg press. 3 sets x 20 reps x 220kg
Seated leg curls. 3 sets x 15 reps x 108kg
Leg extensions. 3 sets x 15 reps x 108kg
Stiff leg deadliest. 3 sets x 15 reps x 120kg

Pic of legs after full of blood. And breakfast, 4 whole eggs, 70g dry oats. 50g raisins teaspoon honey and teaspoon cinnamon

Nice properly cooked eggs. The last thing you want to do is overcook the yolks. Stevesmi has talked about this many times in the past.

Well the harvest season the ending the work continues. Start top working a variety that has fallen out of favour to a variety the supermarkets want. It hard work but the returns in the long run will be well worth it. Here's some photos of the process and a pic of one I topped work October 2023. So going from green seedless to red seedless.

So started IGF-LR3 along with my normal dose of Hgh. And I seem to be getting leaner while gaining size. So in discussion with coach upping food intake.

So managed to graft 200 vines today, so another 800 to go.

45min fasted cardio

Then hit a pull session

Close Grip pull downs. 3 sets x 12 reps x 85kg
Assist pull ups. 3 sets x 12 reps
Barbell bent over rows. 3 sets x 8 reps x 140kg
1 arm rows. 3 sets x 12 reps x stack
Rope straight arm pull downs. 3 sets x 12 sets x 70kg
Rear delt machine. 3 sets x 15 reps x 50kg
Preacher curl. 3 Sets x 15 reps x 40kg
Standing bicep curls. 3 sets x 15 reps x 32.5kg
Bicep 1 arm drag curls. 3 sets x 15 reps x 20kg

BTW 112kg
