Seat cable row. 3 sets x 12 reps x 76kg

Rope cable straight arm pulldowns 3 sets x 12 reps x 70kg

Hammer strength low row. 3 sets x 12 rep x 130kg
Wide grip pull down on a machine o never seen before 3 sets x 12 reps full stack
Seated cable Rows 3 sets x 12 reps x 80kg
Rope straight arm pull downs 3 x 12 reps x 70kg
Cable rear delts 3 sets x 12 reps x 18kg
Cable standing bicep curls 3 sets x 15 reps x 24kg
Hammer curl on Preacher machine 3 sets x 15 rep x 20kg
