Nautilus seated chest press 3 sets x 12 reps x stack

Flex fitness seated chest press. 3 sets x 12 reps x 135kg

Cybex incline chest press 3 sets x 12 sets x 85kg

Dip machine. 3 sets x 12 sets x stack + 32.5kg

Cybex shoulder press. 3 sets x 12 sets x 85kg

Side delt machine. 3 sets x 15 reps x 60kg

Pec Dec. 3 sets x 15 reps x 65kg

Rope triceps push downs. 3 sets x 15 reps x 70kg

Over head triceps extensions. 3 sets x 15 reps x 70kg

Cable single arm kick backs. 3 sets x 15 reps x 20kg
