Just keep eating well clean food. Keep training and cardio up. So don't need a big PED load to maintain size.

Definately can maintain size on 250 test E,hard to build new tissue,easy to hold onto.
 
Had a bit of a setback, went for a bush walk and was biten on my back by a couple of spiders. Have to have a couple of days off the gym. Still getting my morning and evening walks ìn out of the heat so not sweat to much. Try to keep the wounds clean from infection. Pic of my back and medication

And learnt how to cook Puto a Filipino snack

There cause these boil like swellings. That weep out puss. Hopefully be cleaned up after a week of medication and keeping my back dry and clean

brown recluse and black widow.

I'm a fan of spiders though don't be hating on them guys
they're very important for the ecosystem because they control insect populations and mosquitoes

Your stats definitely speaks for themselves. Thanks bro. Just going to Maby one more lean mass cycle before I do a monster cut then just stay lean. The older I’m getting I don’t wanna keep staying around 130 just for health reasons as I get older.
