Starting gym up again on Monday depending on CKR. Doctor mentioned elevated liver enzymes but I’ve already made the decision to remove Anavar from the cycle, we’ll see next blood test how the Liver responds.

Please note; I have made the decision to just Bulk intuitively 500-1000 calories.. A lot of people suggested to just prioritise one or the other (bulk/cut). After the 10 weeks of tren and 12 weeks of Test, I’ll transition to a cruise then really see what my organs are made of and work them to failure with a demonic cut.

Appetite is beginning to slow down, last night at 8pm i was only at 1.8k calories so I ate a Carl's Jr burger to shoot up hopefully 1k calories and I ate a protein bar for good measure for protein macro sakes. (i was around 160-180g of protein at the time)

realised i need to have way more fish oil, i only got blackmores 1000mg from coles thinking it was good, no!!!! I would need to have like 14 capsules to get my required intake!! so ill be doing just that until I get v

I woke up with moon face!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that + the bacne!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully the AI protocol clears things up a bit.. also i have been slacking on my water intake so that doesn't help :( (ai protocol atm is 0.25mg eod)

You might remember that in week 2 I was mentioning that I was becoming quite fatigued, perhaps from overreaching and starting with too much volume since returning to the gym, and especially, with PEDs introduced. Ever since I've pulled back from the gym and basically taken nearly a week off.. I have been sleeping like a baby!!!! I'm so tired all the time.. I rarely nap in my life--but these last 5 days I have been enjoying quite a few naps!!! I literally wake up feeling refreshed then in 30-60 minutes my eyes feel heavy and I lay down and dose off relatively easy.. It could be due to the break I've been taking or it could be due to the Testosterone beginning to show effect--either way, I love it!

I stared at a wall for a solid 5 minutes or more waiting to gather energy for another set. Cardiovascular fatigue was getting too much at this point as well)



After staring at that wall for a real 5 minutes, i simply couldn’t muster any strength to do even one more set. I was simply so drenched and tired that I thought it would be silly to even bother.



Great workout regardless… going to do hacksquats starting today.

This week we will compare to see if the long rest helped with strength or not.. unfortunately, I wouldn’t be surprised if my strength is worse for the next couple of days, and gradually picks up and eventually supersedes my previous strength.
 
Did about half the volume I usually do.. man… the pumps are a little ridonkulous, also, I was soooo wrong about the strength being decreased.... Shocked at how light everything felt compared to last week.

if youre wondering why the breakfast is so whacky, it's because ive ran out of food and now i need to go scavenging later (shopping).. macros r ok though 👍👍👍👍

i will take progress pictures today because im excited to show the progression in my quads. i know it isn't much on this forum but they have improved a lot.. i havent even been taking progress pics and yet i still notice the difference just by looking everyday

not trying to do too much volume.. i saw an RP video explaining how feeling less of a pump is indicative of bad recovery--which is what I was getting before recovery week.. now my pumps are much longer and fuller..

only sides so far is moderate bacne.. ive stopped taking AI.. i know my AI usage is pretty dumb because im not really using it properly--that's because im using it based on symptoms, but my only symptom so far is bacne, and thats probably more of a result of the androgens at this point. my libido is alive and well and i don't feel fatigue, i also dont have any gyno symptoms; i'll just leave my E2 alone until i feel any gyno symptoms i guess.. plus i hear it is good for brain health
 
hi team, i feel it is my duty no matter the controversy in my beloved forum, to atleast update on the health consequences of my current cycle.
quick progress update is that i have been 90.8-91.6kg for a week now at around 2800-3200 calories and 280g of protein, which is fine by me because i am still noticing tremendous gains and i just assume it is a either a lean bulk or a recomp which i am totally fine with since i am still gaining strength and getting bigger

secondly, my main doctor (that is aware of my anabolic use) is still concerned about my CK level, she told me it was one of the more impressive levels she had witnessed during her career.

she gave me a few more tests that I did recently and tbh I thought she requested alot more than what I screenshotted but maybe they still haven't been submitted or something? idk. Additionally, she let me throw in some other tests including hormone related ones which I got for free (such as prolactin) :)

Sides have been the same and also reduced (for example; ever since I started AI, I have no shin splints anymore)

Important to note though; unfortunately the tests are on a one week lock like usual. Unless they tell me my results over the phone or in person, I will not know them until then. HOWEVER, for some reason, one test is unlocked which is HBA1C. I promise to screenshot the rest of the results once they become unlocked or if they are able to email/print results over. have a happy weekend gearheads

My beloved readers, I write to you at around 5AM, als ein kleine soldat,

I was debating on whether or not to write this at 5AM, or 4AM.. 3AM or 2AM, 1AM or 12AM.
To inform of a monumentous act of carelessness, impulsivity and perceived invincibility. At approximately 1PM yesterday, I decided to lower my Testosterone dose and to also use a Propionate Ester because it can apparently help with hormone fluctuations when one has a crushed SHBG. I lowered the dose to 300MG a week instead of 500MG to help with any Estrogen sides that I may or may not be dealing with and to discontinue AI usage.

As a result of reducing the Testosterone dose, I, inevitably, increased the Tren Acetate dose from 400MG a week, to 600MG a week. I would like to add right away, that there is no reason, that this couldn't just be a one off, since it was a terrible day yesterday.. However, the consequences of this decision, were not light.

Within 8 hours my beloved readers,
here is the good first;
No tiredness
I felt like lifting weights all night, intense and persistent aggression

And now, the bad;
Sleep was nowhere to be found, I've had 1 hour of sleep in total and I had to of woken up 7+ times with 0 deep sleep
Small panic attacks that lasted all night (Felt like I was trapped in my body, I've never felt panic attacks before and I could immediately identify that these were panic attacks) - 4,4,4,4 breathing improved symptoms

Cognitive decline (Originally I was writing this at 5AM however I have been going back and forth editing and writing for 2 hours.. A write up for me usually only takes 5 minutes.. This is more likely a sleep issue however)

Creeping depression--obvious anxiety--Paranoia
Blood pressure during the night was 140/79
Suicidal Ideation (I was begging for my heart to give out)
Self harm ideation (Tren allures you to take more)
Appetite decreasing

It is still very important to note that I did take one other random substance yesterday that could be the reason for so much intense symptoms.. A friend offered me to try Dexa and I took one, this could definitely be a massive contributor and a terrible combination that I awfully regret so much.

I basically took 600MG of Tren and a therapeutic amount of Meth.

I bulked for 8 weeks on 500mg of test e, 400mg of tren a and 875iu of hcg; went from 77kg to 91.6kg
(my blood pressure has surprisingly been very good, however my HR is 85 when I wake up and can hover from 85-100 throughout the day)

I am now cutting, currently my weight is 85.6kg, the cut will last 2-3 months, -1500kcal deficit, maybe even -2000 calories on some days, maybe maybe even +10000 calories on others

update on last 10 days, gym is still PPLRPPLR, strength is okay--and even increasing on certain exercises, however, I yawn a lot during the final 20minutes of my workouts, I could easily fall asleep on the leg curl. I'm also going to try and increase protein intake to 260g in the coming days.

cycle; 300mg test p, 300mg tren ace (was 600mg for the first week but too much mental sides), 875iu hcg, 5mg cialis (for blood flow and libido), 10mg cardarine, 0.25mg of Semaglutide for the first week, and now 0.5mg for the rest of the cycle.. (I've never tried a GLP-1 before cus i was scared of needles, things change i guess?)

and yes, 600mg DNP.. the DNP arrives either this week or next, i'll let you know
although i've done 600mg of DNP comfortably for 20 days, i would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about a potential cross interaction with Tren and DNP? Tren uncouples too, no?

Edit: DNP is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, my goal is 10% bf, but tbh, if i reached 10% body fat I'd like to try and get really scary lean

I'm trying to increase my ferritin as much as possible as well, I take vitamin c with a ferro tab. I'm clinically low Ferritin-wise. I think it contributes alot to my fatigue tbh

I'm also sick this week but it's just a mild cold
