I’ve been on the same supplements for the past three months and not seeing any sort of results in fact I’ve had worse results.
I’m doing a pre-workout, whey protein and bcaa’s.
Definitely not seeing what I was expecting using these three. I’m taking the Pre-Workout before my workout obviously and then taking the whey protein bcaa’s post workout. Anyway I can improve something here?
