Most guys will tell you to way a month after your PCT is done before doing blood work.

Yea depends on the cycle and PCT length I'd say.. I'm usually eager and like to do 3-4 weeks

Yeppers do your PCT very important. Then get your blood work done.

it takes serm's a solid 2-3 weeks to clear your system. so give it 3-4 weeks to get bloods

I would say a couple weeks after PCT is finished is a good rule of thumb. You want all recovery methods out of your system to get a true measurement of your natural levels

allow the serms to clear tho. they can mess with things.

After PCT is over. You want to check levels without anything helping to give a better result.

If money is not an issue, I would say get it done half way into PCT and then again 4 weeks after PCT ends. You can get an idea as to how well your PCT is working and then see what you end up with after it is all cleared from your body.
