Approved Log Post IFBB show Rebound and Health Phase - Test Deca HGH Log

Hi guys, it's been already a week since my show and I'm currently in a Rebound phase wich should last 4/6 weeks, after that I'll do bloodworks and should go into a health phase for 4 weeks (I guess It will depends on the bloods results) and then into the proper Off-season.

Macros are:
Rest Days 240P 210C 60F
Medium Days 250P 400C 28F
High Days 190P 775C 0F (currently 2 times a week)

Proteins are being counted only from animal sources, fats are being counted only from added fats.
I try to vary my food and currently eating
(The foods are in order as to how much I'm eating them)

As protein sources:
Chicken breast, Low fat lactose free milk, eggs, whey powder

Carbs:
White Rice, Dates, Spinach, Kale, Mixed Berries, Oranges, Apples, Prunes,Cocoa powder, White sugar, Dexstrose

Fats:
Eggs, Almond butter, EVO

I'm still being sponsored by @R&Dpharma and the current stack is 43mg Test E and 43mg Deca subq ED for a total 300+300, Aromasin 10mg EOD, Insulin Novorapid 3/6 IU only on High Days
Will start using HGH at 4iu per day before bed (still waiting for bac water hopefully I'll receive it today 🫠) currently provided by @Anabolic Advancements.

I will be keeping Fridays off from Training since I will be busy from 8 am to 10pm for work.
Since the last couple of weeks I've had a training partner and so I've switched from MYO REPS to Forced reps since he can spot me.
Currently focusing on refining my executions even more and more tensions on the muscles, and less ego than before.
All sets are to failure and beyond with the help of my spotter.
I am still giving more PRIORITY to the back.

Will start using HGH at 4iu per day before bed (still waiting for bac water hopefully I'll receive it today 🫠) currently provided by @Anabolic Advancements.

I will be keeping Fridays off from Training since I will be busy from 8 am to 10pm for work.
Since the last couple of weeks I've had a training partner and so I've switched from MYO REPS to Forced reps since he can spot me.
Currently focusing on refining my executions even more and more tensions on the muscles, and less ego than before.
All sets are to failure and beyond with the help of my spotter.
I am still giving more PRIORITY to the back.
