Once I'm done with the pct protocol am I ok to keep taking ostarine and the gw? Or should I stop

You can absolutely keep taking them and it's something I actually encourage and recommend.
Ostarine will help prevent muscle loss during your time off steroids in between cycles.
Cardarine is great to increase endurance and fat loss.
Between cycles, a lot of people gain fat and loose muscle because their hormone levels are not near as optimal as when on cycle. Cardarine and ostarine help prevent that immensely.

as long as you keep the ostarine at 25mg or less for 4 weeks or less cycles it is going to be non suppressive
the cardarine, SR9009, and nutrobal can be taken during pct as you wish.. none of those are suppressive at all
do not use RAD, LGD, or S4 in pct

No problem at all. It will act as a bridge and allow you to keep making gains even though you are off cycle.

You can keep on taking them. However I always suggest taking 4 week break of sarms after a usage of 8-12 weeks. Your body might need a rest after all.
Other than that - keep on going and good luck!
