Zumba lol thats going to be a fun one.It was funlots of punches, uppercuts, hooks, star jumps, mountain climbers etc and a circuit which consisted of tyre flips, punches with dumbbells, upright rows, sumo squats, heavy ball throws, squat to press, tricep extensions etc for an hour. Will be giving Zumba a go, as my partner has suggested it
