200 kg bench press attempt

1 rep I felt like I could have got 2 but hit my goal for bench press 💪 I'm happy with that 😁

Thanks to @Core Pharma for the bpc-157 and tb-500 which worked wonders! And @BigBoyLabs for everything else!

I will be starting my cruise, while trying to maintain as much as I can, until my next blast where I’ll aim for 250 kilo bench, plus go as heavy as I can with all my lifts, for now I’ll be focusing on higher reps less weight, plus lots of cardio to lose body fat 😃

It was fun 😃 lots of punches, uppercuts, hooks, star jumps, mountain climbers etc and a circuit which consisted of tyre flips, punches with dumbbells, upright rows, sumo squats, heavy ball throws, squat to press, tricep extensions etc for an hour. Will be giving Zumba a go, as my partner has suggested it 😃
