Farmer carries are very underrated. Great for building conditioning, too.
 
At this point, any goal you want to do. Is attainable.
 
Incorporate some fasting as well. It will help with weight loss and do fasted cardio every single day.

Whatever goal you want to do, you'll be able to get there, it's going to be very ambitious.
