Cable face pulls

Dumbbell bicep curls

Diet so far today has been half a chicken, pre workout protein shake 60 grams of protein, post workout shake same as pre, 2 man shake meal replacement which is 60 grams protein

Aiming for 300 grams of protein daily

Gym class was cancelled due to trainer being sick so I will be doing a 10 k jog

So are you trying to get down to the 80 kilo class to break some records?

If It looks like I’m able to break some records when I’m at that weight, I will give it a shot!

It was a personal goal I had set for myself, I won’t be losing that much now. thank you for the recommendation!

Incorporate some fasting as well. It will help with weight loss and do fasted cardio every single day.

I think there's not 30kg of fat etc to lose. 10-15 max. Why specifically 80 as a target?
