That was in my eyes REALLY DAMN GOOD Bro !!! I noticed you have really long arms. I would try just a little wider if it isn't too uncomfortable for you. My arms are long too, and it is a disadvantage for us. You could also bring your feet back towards the rack of the bench a little. WHen you unrack the weight, and come down with it, your feet need to be on the balls the area by your toes, and when you start your press, kick them down to where your heels plant into the floor. Be sure they don't come off the floor though, or that your ass doesn't come up off the bench or they will flag you. give you a no lift. That's a good bench @ 170 bw, you had good form, breathing sounded good, and to be honest, I think you could have done more if you had a spotter !!! I bet you could throw 280 up no problem !!
