That was in my eyes REALLY DAMN GOOD Bro !!! I noticed you have really long arms. I would try just a little wider if it isn't too uncomfortable for you. My arms are long too, and it is a disadvantage for us. You could also bring your feet back towards the rack of the bench a little. WHen you unrack the weight, and come down with it, your feet need to be on the balls the area by your toes, and when you start your press, kick them down to where your heels plant into the floor. Be sure they don't come off the floor though, or that your ass doesn't come up off the bench or they will flag you. give you a no lift. That's a good bench @ 170 bw, you had good form, breathing sounded good, and to be honest, I think you could have done more if you had a spotter !!! I bet you could throw 280 up no problem !!

Also fro you need to practice rack and press commands you got a little "bounce" off the chest on that lift.
 
Thanks guys. All tips and criticism is noted. I appreciate the help. I don't really have anyone that has any knowledge to help me out with form and stuff. I will keep working on those items that were pointed out and report back in a few weeks on my bench progress.
 
set a PR on the bench last spring at 415, not bad for a guy who is only 205 pounds

working on a new PR on my cleans now. I matched it even though I am 10 pounds lighter. nailed 265 last week. but boy did I feel it the next day

I am only going heavy on my leg work now.. lost a lot of strength after cutting down but my legs have stayed strong, go figure. I think my legs are my strength is probably why

Oh yeah, I follow Dan. Pretty impressive guy. He is doing a big seminar tour next year. Would be awesome to attend one.

I haven't maxed on squats for a while.. the last time I went heavy I did 480 for 4

it is.. I felt it in my middle back for a few days.. those skinny crossfit dudes are slinging around 2 plates on cleans so really no excuse for not getting atleast 250
 
I think the key to powerlifting is a lot of FOOD and REST.. very important

and build consistency with your lifts. if you are stuck at a plateau work on 4-5 reps per set at a lower weight and then work your way back up.
